Canopy is an outdoor photography park located in a natural, wooded setting. While we strive to maintain a beautiful and safe environment, guests should be aware that outdoor venues come with inherent risks.

Uneven ground, tree roots, insects, wildlife, mud, rocks, weather conditions, and natural terrain variations may be present. Surfaces may become slippery after rain. Guests should wear appropriate footwear and exercise caution while walking throughout the property.

By booking or entering the premises, guests acknowledge and accept the natural conditions of the environment and assume responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of minors in their care.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Canopy is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted guidelines, unsafe behavior, climbing on structures not intended for climbing, or misuse of sets or equipment.
