Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling Policies We’re excited to host you at Canopy! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our scheduling policies below. 📅 Rescheduling Policy We understand that weather and illness happen. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be approved by management. New dates are subject to availability. To reschedule your reservation, please call or message us directly. Your booking is not considered rescheduled until you receive confirmation from Canopy. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy Refunds are not issued for canceled reservations. If you choose to cancel instead of reschedule, your payment will be forfeited. No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. 🌧 Weather Policy Canopy is an outdoor venue. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), we may recommend rescheduling for safety reasons. Weather-related decisions are made at the discretion of Canopy. ⏰ Arrival & Time Policy Your reservation time includes setup and breakdown. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals do not extend your reservation time. Overtime use of the property without prior approval may result in additional charges. 💳 Payment Policy Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
